My wife and I stayed in a suite at this hotel last weekend. The property was not terrible, although the service was lacking to say the least. The major problem with the hotel is that the rooms are not secure. We had 3 envelopes containing cash, checks and important paperwork that mysteriously disappeared from our room. When we brought it to the staffs attention, they did not seem too concerned, nor did they try and offer us anything to make up for the loss. Had this happened at a quality hotel, they might have at least offered to comp our room... or something. All we got from the hotel was, "sorry". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone... unless they don't mind having their property stolen.

We loved the pool and hot tub, and our room was very comfortable. What we didn't like was the front desk staff never seemed to have a clue. They never gave us the champagne & flutes we were supposed to receive with our package, and every time we had a question, they never knew the answer and looked dumbfounded. They were always nice, just not the brightest bulbs.
The towels which we tried to re-use (to be eco friendly) never fully dried (not the best material) so we constantly had wet towels and robes. Finally we just got new towels and weren't as eco friendly as we'd have liked. The breakfast was continental, but limited. I'd have liked a choice - croissant or muffin, banana cake or danish. But we'd be surprised daily and either like it or not.
I also had hoped they'd provide fresh soaps, so the ones that were worn out were replaced. We used the old soaps the whole time and never got new ones.
Unfriendly reception staff, small, undecorated room, television remotes that don't work (and can't be programmed by the staff) Nothing like the website photos represent. The only bright spot in the stay was the spa package. The massage...
I'd definitely stay there again
