This is a cool little family owned place! If you are expecting and demand a 5 star hotel, don't stay here. But if you like little funky comfortable places, then this one is for you! It's a great value, close to Sedona and Flagstaff. The family that owns it is very sweet and helpful.

We had a balcony looking out the back, it was beautiful and serene, and it's just a great place to read a book or have a cup of tea. The beds were a bit hard, but overall we were happy with the choice to stay at Motel In The Pines. There is a wonderful restaurant across the street as well.

I am very likely to return to the Motel in the Pines.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
