This Motel 6 has recently completed its renovation as part of our plan to upgrade all our locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. The Yreka Motel 6 is a convenient stopping point on I-5, halfway between San Francisco, California, and Portland, Oregon. This location is in a small town, surrounded by mountains, and features a guest laundry facility and an outdoor swimming pool. Yreka is the last stop on I-5 headed north out of California.

Correction. It was the Weed, Ca. Motel 6, not Yreka, Ca. Motel 6.
Most if not all of the employees were smokers. Stinky cigarette smoke came into our room from outside and likely the heating system too. The people next door had a dog that was hacking like a smoker and there was also a strange smell wafting into our room from their room. Strange smelling cleaning products used by Motel 6. Pool was cold. No table space for two to eat. Wife thought bed was too hard. Have forgotten the rest of the low points as the experience took place over 6 months ago. Some things you just forget? Next time we hope to get farther away from the main office. Try Motel 6 for a really great time of IT! A good place to blow a smaller wad if you are somewhat tight fisted with your travel money.

The Motel 6 motel is a less expensive motel to stay in especially when you are traveling through, only needing a short stay place to sleep and take a shower. The beds are the worst though, hard as a rock.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Motel 6 Yreka.
I might recommend it to friends.
