We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was a great value for the money and we will definitely stay there again. It was older, but it felt very clean!! People were extremely friendly and that was a nice treat also.

I read the reviews before I booked. Everything is true. This motel is very, very clean. The cleanest I have been in for awhile. The rate thru the Internet was reduced from $40 to $35. All rooms are entered through an internal hallway. But it is still a no-frills location, but very comfortable e.g. no tissues in room. The bed is very comfortable. And the front desk is very attentive to loud noises e.g. there was a dog barking across the hall from me and it was quickly taken care of. There are places to eat nearby - Cracker Barrel, China Express, McDonalds, Wendy's etc. But the gem is a restaurant called The Hen House right next door. A basic diner-type restaurant serving home-cooked meals that wont' tax the family budget. There is a Kid's menu.

I always stay at this motel and have never been disappointed. I am always able to be located near to the elevator, on a floor where there is less traffic, and facing the direction where I can see the sun rising. This is a clean, well taken care of...
