The hotel was clean and well cared for. The personnel were helpful and friendly.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with the Red Roof Inn. The service was great and the cost was a good value. I would strongly recommend the Red Roof to anyone traveling. I know when I travel in the future I will stay at a Red Roof, if at all possible.

This hotel made me feel secure: The location felt safe, there were always employees present. I never felt anything but comfortable and safe while staying there.

The room was very nice and the price was fabulous.

It was fine. We had no problems during the stay.

I was impressed overall with the service that we received at the hotel. The room and bathroom were very well kept and were nice in appearance. Given that the room rates were twenty dollars cheaper than other hotels in the area I expected it to be shabby, but realized that the cheaper price was due to the fact that they didn't have a swimming pool, continental breakfast, restaurant, or bar. The staff was very nice and helpful to us when we accidentally demagnetized our room key. One thing that I disliked about our room was the fact that they advertised having cable channels such as HBO, etc. but once in the room we found that only the basic local channels came in clearly. The extra movie channels were viewable but had a lot of static. One other thing I would like to state is that this hotel does accept pets, and being an owner of a dog I do appreciate hotels which do this. However, my friend, myself and my daughter all stayed in a two bed room; my daughter was untouched but I had several small bites on my body, and my friend in the other bed was covered in them. I do not know what the nature of the pest was, I'm assuming dog fleas, but regardless, upon returning home we were instructed by our doctors to delouse ourselves in case the room had either bed bugs or scabies. Not a pleasant thought at all. I truly believe that it was just fleas, and I cannot fault the hotel for this because I myself never saw a single flea and they can't possibly know when an infected person or dog comes into their establishment. I would stay in this hotel again in the future as I have informed them of the incident and they have assured me that they will look into the situation and do whatever it takes to remedy it.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel was quiet and well kept. The staff was non-intrusive and the lot was situated about 1/4 mile off of the highway so there was very little traffic noise.
