A very poorly kept hotel. Rude and unprofessional staff. I felt unsafe staying at this location. I paid for two nights, stayed one and was not refunded the second night, I was left feeling that the error was my fault and the staff was unwilling to correct the problem when I called and never called me back to tell me if the error was corrected or not. The AC barely worked. I would not recommend this hotel for any stay in the Pheonix area.

The only thing to love was the decent rate, other than that it was horrible, the room had no ammenities (coffee, ice bucket, iron,etc) and that was just the beginning. the bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, or enough towels, the toilet wouldnt flush correctly, it had no seat cover on it, the tank had a pump in it that didnt even belong in it and to top the bathroom off the lid of the tank didnt fit because it didnt belong on it either. The beds were hard and they left nothing for us to leave a review with. so by all means please stay away from such a shiesty place.

I always stay at the same Motel 6 motel on Bell Road as they are close to Padre Training Facility and we have been going there for ten or twelve years and we like them.
