I stayed at this hotel over a week;at check in they did not want to honor my reservation made and confirmed with a credit card on line at the company website.
They " FOUND" a room-Upon arrival to the room drew back the sheets on on bed to find stains of fecal matter on the sheets.During the stay I had difficulty getting the room cleaned or getting fresh linen or towels.
Premises is dirty;lobby/vending area smelled like urine.This is supposed to be a discount hotel chain yet they double rates on weekends.Price gouging for hotel rooms in the Galveston area is very bad and this place is no exception.Front desk staff is rude and abrupt,hotel is NOT located near anything and is in fact in an industrial area
