Horrible
35 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
They charged me for the room after I called and cancelled the reservation 2 days in advance.
They are doubling billing people which is illegal.
When I called to find out why I was told "that is the why it is" and the hung-up on me.
Motel 6 doesn't give any customer service. They only want your money.
Say somewhere else in Cheyenne, WY.
