I bought a wireless access code from front desk for $5. It didn't work, so i went up to ask them. Front desk says that wireless isnt working for a while now, but they wont return my money(and I paid cash). But then again who cares its just 5 bucks a
i clearly asked for a smoking room...did not get. the phone did not work. the staff was not helpful and i found them to be quite rude. i only asked for the room to be cleaned once while i was there, my sheets were not changed and i did not get towel
