The staff was helpful and friendly.

They have very friendly employees. They allow pets and have an easy check in and out.

This hotel made me feel important: They were very friendly, efficient, and helpful.

The room was booked online. The clerk wanted to put us in the back, next to the freeway, upstairs. The manager upgraded us to a better room next to the pool. (It was not a busy time, they weren't full.)

This hotel made me feel pampered: The lady who cleaned our room was very friendly and took good care of us and our room.

They could not provide a king-sized bed in smoking. The room was no better than the standard $29.95 room, but cost over $50! I really doubt that we will return there since there are three or four other facilities available at lower prices on the same street. Heavy construction on I-40 was a problem, too, but not Red Roof's fault.

The room was not as well cared for as other Red Roofs I've visited. The faucet needed the pressure adjusted, cable TV reception was terrible, and bathroom caulking was poorly done.
