They didn't really cancel my reservation – Posted Jul 31, 2007

Horrible
21 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I wasn't able to stay at this place for my vacation but did make reservations. They claimed to have canceled them and told me i would be getting my money back in the mail in a short while. One month after not recieving the money i call back and they said the trip was never canceled and they aren't giving me my money back! I suggest no one stay at this place! they are nothing but thiefs!
