We arrived 28th of december. The staff was not very accomodating. the halls smelled of strong air freshner that was masking bigger problems. The shower area needed an overhaul. They do have laundry facilities for guests and it was convenienly located!! Just ok( Go to the Marina del Rey!!!
The staff was terrific and helped w/ everything they could. Check-in was done in just a couple minutes, and they upgraded me to a nice 7th floor ocean-view room without my request. Concierge staff was extremely helpful and had great tips for place
