first impressions are poor, as the front desk staff are not trained in customer service etiquette. However, the remaining staff are good, as well as the food. The hotel is old, so don't expect new room decor. Also, I only recommend this hotel for those who just want a cheap room to stay in, and who do not plan to make "ANY" purchases their as they "nickel-N-Dime" you to death. On-going construction is an irritant.
