It was very comfortable and in a nice location. Their service was good.

The lamp in the room did not work and it took a full day to get it fixed.

It was a very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and I had all the amenities and more than I would ever need!

It's our favorite place to stay when in Las Vegas. It's conveniently located on the Strip, reasonably priced, very clean, and up to date. There is a good selection of restaurants, a great pool, and is about the only hotel in Las Vegas where you can go from the main desk to the elevators, rooms, restaurants, and pool area without having to walk through the casino. I highly recommend the Monte Carlo.

This hotel made me feel secure: There is plenty of security around. I have stayed there more than five times and have never had even a hint of trouble or undesirable people.

The hotel was very nice. The spa was very friendly and nice. I had a massage which was very nice and I felt very comfortable.

I was disappointed that when I asked for a king size bed, I was told that there were none left. But, the person in line behind us at the check-in counter got a king bed.

It's a great hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. There's a lot of construction going on in the hotel as well as major construction going on next to the hotel which lasts twenty-four hours per day.

It was great and had friendly service! It's a great value for the money. They gave us a free suite upgrade for our anniversary.

I stayed there based on the price and availability. It would not be my first choice for a hotel. It was as expected.

This hotel made me feel important: The concierge service, when needed, was very good in the services delivered and made one feel they were special.

The reservation that was made through a third party trade show group, was incorrect at check-in. The staff did nothing to fix the situation and said that the reservations at their hotel are first come, first serve. I had four senior executives checking in and was very stressed that they would not get the king suite I had reserved. I was very disappointed in the accuracy of the reservation and the check in process.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The atmosphere was clean, shiny, noisy, and busy, just as one would expect a casino hotel to be. The friendliness of the staff and the tasteful decorations added to the mood.

I loved the hotel. It was beautiful inside and out. I loved the decor and the great hospitality offered by the staff. I will definitely plan on staying there again on my next trip to Las Vegas.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly and the room was always too hot. The single elevator bank was too far from the room and you had to hike just to go get ice. The room itself was small. On the whole, it was not worth the money.

It was a superb hotel and a great stay. I have no complaints.

On the first night the room was horrible, but the hotel changed us immediately the next day, which was good, but we were disappointed that we didn't get a free night for the bad night we had!

I took a day to go horseback riding on a tour booked thru the hotel and was very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Overall the hotel room and amenities were great. There were problems with the check-in regarding extras purchased through SWA and a king room not being available. The hotel claimed SWA did not forward the info to them. The hotel did make good on the extras but I had to push for it. I settled for an alternate room type.

Overall the stay was nice. However the hotel is part of a major renovation and their parking structure was gone. There was very little parking available and we had to park at New York, New York and walk over. It would have been nice to have been alerted to this before we arrived. It was so bad that we probably will not stay there again.

I didn't really spend much time in the hotel because I was on the casino floor. I was only there for a few hours.
