I've had the pleasure of staying at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas twice and it has been a delightful experience. The entire staff is courtesy, professional, and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were lovely and spacious. The elevators would take a little long to get on. We had a strip view, but it was not so nice due to the construction site next door. I would probably save some money and stay at the Tropicana or Excalibur.

The hotel was as expected, this was the third time to stay there. The food in the restaurant was greasy and the drink in the bar was weak.

It was a nice, clean hotel, but the walls were thin and other room noise was easy to hear.

Upon arrival, some computer problems delayed check in for two hours.

The wait for the buffet was much too long, especially in view of the open tables available.

The only thing I disliked was the bed, it was too soft and I had to sleep on the floor during my stay.

It is a very nice place to stay. It is just a little too expensive for my budget

I didn't like all of the noise outside of hotel due to construction.

We were treated as if we were special guests. Everyone was wonderful.

I have no complaints. Las Vegas has gotten very expensive for any hotel and the value isn't what it used to be. It was in a good central location, had comfortable beds, and clean rooms.

It's a great hotel and a great location. I would suggest it to anyone.

I expected the room to be a bit larger and different, but it was just the usual run of the mill hotel room.

The hotel was fairly nice. It has a good location on the strip. They had a free craps lesson in the casino to teach people the game, that was nice. The bed was not that comfortable and the construction that is going on next to the Monte Carlo does not stop until two or three in the morning and is very loud.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were video cameras everywhere in the casino and people who looked like security walking around everywhere. This made the people gambling feel safe.

The location wasn't bad, however the room was not entirely clean and the drain in the bathtub didn't drain well. One of the lights in the room didn't work and the other didn't even have a light bulb in it. The reservation was for a king size bed and they provided two doubles and refused to accommodate us with the proper room unless we wanted to upgrade and pay more money. We were very dissatisfied with customer service and their failure to provide us with the room that they originally booked us for. I would not stay there in the future. It is not a good value for your money. I suggest you save your money and go elsewhere!
