Our room was not cleaned well. The tub had black mold growing in it. The maintenance people said it was soap scum over the phone (before they even showed up), but it was not. They did remove it, but threw the dirty caulk in the toilet and didn't even bother to flush it down. The floor was dirty and not vacuumed.
We had pre-paid rooms and at Check-in despite the fact that we both had credit cards out and in our hands, they said they didn't need it and wrote that we had declined. This meant that when I went to make a local call, I could not. The "supervisor" refused to let me give them my card over the phone. I had to go down to the front desk. (Missed my call). I asked for a call from the manager who was only available at very specific times. This would have meant cutting short my planned activities to try to talk with them.
The meandering stream part of the pool was broken there was no notice. They only allowed guests to have one towel at the pool (for the price per night that's pretty chintzy).
In the middle of our stay they closed down (and I kid you not) 1/2 the casino for renovations. It was not possible to get a drink. They only had two waitresses working the casino. It was horrible.
We needed to run in and change to go to a show. The bellman was rude because we asked how we could leave the car in Valet parking for 30 minutes. He could have just said no.
