57 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had our daughters wedding there in July of '07, we understood it would be hot, however there was not a single umbrella or any other source of shade around the pool and not a towel to be found. We had requested the largest room due to the fact we had a number of people coming in from out of town, and found out our room was one of the smallest, not to mention we were being charged more then our guests. The other issue was the lack of services both in the rooms (ex: poor drainage in the shower, one small bar of soap,no lotions or shampoo, etc.) and on the grounds. We had many elderly people with us and getting around was very difficult. It would have been nice having access to a golf cart to get from the towers to the village instead of waiting forever to catch the shuttle that ran inconsistant and too few and far between. I will never return and nether will our friends or family
It's too bad, you have a great facility, however your operational talent leaves a lot to be desired!

We had a great two story, three bedroom, three bath casita with full size kitchen right near the pool area and dock on Lake Las Vegas. The beds are
very comfortable. This is a very nice hotel with shops, restaurants and casino all within a very short walking distance. It's literally just like a small town. Very relaxing, quite and so beautiful. You're right in the middle of the desert and can even go on a boat cruise around the lake.
