The staff was great, but the room was dirty. The walls were stained and dirty, it needs to be renovated badly. We ended up getting our money back and staying somewhere else.
We checked in very late and had a couple of special requests, and the staff was freindly and accomodating. This was a good room to sleep in; quiet property with on-site security. We'll definitely look them up again next time we're in Mobile.

Location was great. Staff was curtious. Bed comfort was absolutely outstanding. But this is where the good points end. Room was cramped. Table and chairs were shoved between bed and airconditioner with no room to move either way, so table blocked...

58 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed at the same motel on two other occasions prior to Hurricane Katrina and I was very pleased with the room rate and the quality of the room. After Hurricane Katrina, they have made an unreasonable increase in the room rate. I will not be staying there again.
I am not likely
to return to the Red Roof Inn Mobile South.
I would not recommend it to friends.
