The beds and bedding were wonderful! I had not slept in such a comfortable bed in a long time. The items available in the bathroom, shampoo, lotion, etc. were fantastic. The rooms were very clean, and everything seemed fresh and new.

They supposedly couldn't find my reservation, then charged me a no show fee for the extra reservation that they couldn't find. After four discussions with the staff and being assured that the charge would be removed each time, it is still on my account two weeks later. Not one person that I spoke with has done their job.
