I liked the wonderful room and view. The employees were friendly and accommodating. I would never stay anywhere else.

It is a great hotel with fantastic amenities.

This is one of the top hotels in the world, you have to go there to experience it. The location, the service and the ambience are unparallel.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The Moana Surfrider hotel is located directly in the middle of Waikiki Beach, out the front door is Honolulu and out the back is the beach.

This hotel is older, but it's well maintained. It was pretty quiet there overall, and it felt tranquil. One of my favorite things to do there at night was to sit on the porch in the rocking chairs. I forgot the name, but the restaurant on the beach has a pretty good buffet.

I stay there every year. They are the best.

It was a beautiful hotel, with a friendly staff, but a little pricey. From our room, we had a beautiful view of the beach. I disliked the wedding party that kept us and our two year old children up all night because the music speaker was right below our room. It ruined our night and the next day. Also, because of the price of the room, I was surprised when I asked for a rollaway bed and they wanted to charge us for it. I thought we should not had to pay for that one night stay.

It was fine, I have stayed there before and I will stay there again.

The hotel location was perfect, right on the beach. The staff was very professional. My only complaint was my room cleanliness. The mirrors and glass doors were dirty and there were a few bugs.

The location was good, central to Waikiki. The bar was practically nonexistent, with only a few outdoor seats. Since it rained the whole time, we went elsewhere to drink. The elevators were terribly slow and waits were unreasonably long. The air conditioning system is very inefficient. The staff was friendly but very slow at the front desk. We had booked a room with a king size bed and instead we got two double beds. When I called to have it corrected, the front desk did not seem to care one bit, despite my being a gold member of Starwood points. The brunch buffet was over by half past ten o'clock in the morning on a weekend! I would not stay there again.

The rooms were a little small. The property was very nice but next time I might go to a cheaper hotel.

The hotel was lovely in every way, from the lobbies to the room decor. My only complaint was with the cleanliness of the guest room. I traveled with two young children and the mirrors and the glass door became dirty within days. Also there was a problem with silverfish in the bathroom. I expected better from the Sheraton hotel.

We are from the island and stay at least once a year for a mini-vacation. This hotel is convenient, comfortable, and priced reasonably with 'locals' pricing. We've tried other Waikiki Hotels, but always come back to the Sheraton Moana Surfrider as long as it remains well priced for 'locals'.

The moana surfrider was a great place to stay and was very reasonable with the package deal we got through hawaiian airlines.
