My money was stolen from inside my car by the valet driver. The worst part: management was callous and unsympathetic!
They did not want to deal with me and refused to apologize. Instead, I was told that they would "investigate" but still they did nothing. I walked into the parking garage and saw many cameras in many angles and asked for them to review hard copies of the security tapes at the time of check-in but they told me, "Our cameras don't work."
Management took insult to me being upset and yet I was never angry or out of line. They told me to call the police. This establishment does not care about customers, only about their profit.
