My money was stolen from inside my car by the valet driver. The worst part: management was callous and unsympathetic!
They did not want to deal with me and refused to apologize. Instead, I was told that they would investigate but still they did nothing. I walked into the parking garage and saw many cameras in many angles and asked for them to review hard copies of the security tapes at the time of check-in but they told me, Our cameras dont work.
Management took insult to me being upset and yet I was never angry or out of line. They told me to call the police. This establishment does not care about customers, only about their profit.

Close to freeways and other attractions. The parking is a hassle and difficult. This room is really small and there is barely a space for two people to walk in the room.
