Miyako Hotel Los Angeles

My money was stolen from inside my car by the valet driver. The worst part: management was callous and unsympathetic!

They did not want to deal with me and refused to apologize. Instead, I was told that they would "investigate" but still they did nothing. I walked into the parking garage and saw many cameras in many angles and asked for them to review hard copies of the security tapes at the time of check-in but they told me, "Our cameras don't work."

Management took insult to me being upset and yet I was never angry or out of line. They told me to call the police. This establishment does not care about customers, only about their profit.

This hotel was definitely nicer than I had anticipated. The Japanese decor was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. I wished that I had planned a longer stay to take full advantage of the spa.
