The experinced we had on our first trip to San Diego with 2 small children was great. Upon our check in we were greeted by a young lady who made everything possible to make our stay enjoyable she upgraded us to a KIDS SUITE which it was us privacy...

Close to Sea World.Suppose to be non-smoking, but not. Service was not good. Rooms had outside entrances. Was not a 2.5 star hotel. Staff did not look professional and not very helpful. We never received the pillows we requested. We had to go down...
