Rooms at the Millenium Maxwell House are clean and the housekeeping staff are very attentive. The hotel offers a very extensive buffet breakfast and the restaurant and bar come highly recommended. The shuttle bus to the downtown is a real bonus.

The staff was so helpful with all of our requests from extra towels to directions to advice on dinner to calling a cab. We had a great stay. The shuttle was also very convenient.

Excellent
My husband and I traveled to Nashville with his company. This was an excellent hotel for the money. The breakfast buffet was good but the service wasn't great.
The room looked newly remodeled but the bathroom needed some work. I'm not sure if it...

Excellent
I highly recommend the Millenium Maxwell. The location is good if you have a car--no problem getting to downtown etc, plus they have a good shuttle system. Its just a nice place to be--good lobby, good restaurant, nice pool (could use some more...
I would not have anything negative to say about this hotel if the rooms were priced in the $69-$89 range. Unfortunately, rooms at this hotel are at least $139/night, and it is simply overpriced. The rate includes nothing - no breakfast, no coffee...

The shuttle service was excellent. The drivers were knowledgeable and courteous. The restaurant and the bar were average but the food was good. The hotel was very clean. The band at the bar was entertaining.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Two girlfriends and I met at the Maxwell House Millennium Hotel in Nashville for a girls weekend away. We loved the hotel!
It was clean, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the shuttle service to downtown was great, and the food was excellent. We did the $100 for $150 deal which worked out great and saved us quite a bit of money, since we were able to eat our meals at the hotel at a very low cost.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again and I would highly recommend it to anyone heading to Nashville for a stay!

Horrible
This is NOT downtown and is not within walking distance to any sites. The shuttle doesn't run past 11:00 PM. You'll have to hire a cab to enjoy the nightlife. Outside of the lobby the building belongs in another decade. The rooms have orange...
