Excellent
I chose this hotel as a "Online Pick" and we were not disappointed. We were able to get two rooms side by side; they were clean and well-appointed. The hotel is on Nicollet Mall, close to lots of downtown attractions and restaurants. A taxi ride...
I went to this hotel because it was in downtown Minneapolis and was close to everything. I never heard of it before and saw some of the reviews, but being in customer service I know that people only write on these when they have something bad to say. So I thought that I would try something different. And I had a great stay! The staff is very welcoming and went above and beyond. They were very attentive and willing to take care of my needs. My room was great too. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room was very nicely appointed and very clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would definitely stay here again and again. The staff was great, they even directed me where to go for personal items at 3am. We had a great view and wish we could have stayed longer.

Millennium was the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Bathroom was VERY small, I was unsatisfied with the Breakfast package I paid EXTRA for and they charged me a $2 to use the phone for two local calls...one of which because the receptionist...
Got in on a value package, which was great! Nice hotel, good restaraunt, good location... The deal gave us a dollar toward any hotel service (food, drinks, shops, etc) for every dollar spent towards the room, plus an upgrade.
