Bumped Due to Bad Plumbing – Posted Sep 06, 2009

They said our room was unavailable due to plumbing issues. Might have been just an excuse, but the place sure does look worn down.

Plumbing Problems, Indifferent Service – Posted Sep 06, 2009

Got bumped because they claim pipes broke. Do not know if that is true, but the place sure looked like it was on its last legs.

Excellent

The hotel had a beautiful front lobby. It was very warm and welcoming. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back made the trip to buffalo convenient. The room was cleaned everyday and had fresh towels.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Posted Jul 12, 2008

Horrible
44 year old female with a luxury budget

First of all, the room was musty and stinky. Oh, did I mention DIRTY! Air Conditioning was not working well (it was in the mid 80's and low 90's during our stay). Fan did not work in bathroom, carpeting was thilthy, dead bugs on floor. Fixtures were either broken or not working. The bathroom deserves a whole paragraph but to sum it up - mold was growing on the tiles. The gazebo bar by the pool which is advertised on their website is only open on special occasions - such as weddings. If a wedding happens here - doesn't say much for the bride and groom. All the other hotels in the area offer breakfast or at least a continental breakfast - NOT HERE! Very disappointed for the money. The Motel 6 was cleaner than the Millenium.

Poor quality for a high price!!! – Posted Dec 30, 2007

I would not stay here again!!!

What we loved:

*Close proximity to the Galleria Mall

*Pool and the atrium

*Restaurant in the hotel was handy because of the snowy/windy weather

What we hated:

*Walls were thin and we could hear normal voices and movement

*Hotel and individual rooms were "grungy" and need work

*Mattress was broken down and did not provide a good rest

*Parking was not close to main entrance of hotel and was to the side of building.

*Elevator access was only through the main lobby and down a long hallway.

*Front desk employees were not very helpful (I asked one of them for a baggage cart and was told that none were available. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes I approached the same employee and was told that the hotel has a problem with guests keeping the baggage carts in the rooms. I never ended up getting a baggage cart!!!).

Okay
52 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We were not offered a non smoking room, therefore the room smelt like stale cigarettes even though there were no visible signs of smoking. The light right inside the door did not work.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Millennium Hotel Buffalo.
I might recommend it to friends.

Great Hotel!!!. We stayed for a night and the room was ready when we got there, it was very clean and neat. The hotel staff was very courteous and pleasant. We ate in the hotel restaurant where the food was outstanding. Presented beautifully on the plate, hot, delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better night!

I am very likely to return to the Millennium Hotel Buffalo.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I liked the bar and the restaurant but the room service was way below par. The desk employees were not friendly.

The dinner we had for our function was set up very nicely.

I am not likely to return to the Millennium Hotel Buffalo.

The hotel room key was extremely difficult to use. It did not properly function. Also the customer service and my check in experience was absolutely very disappointingly poor service! I was completely dissatisfied.

I am not likely to return to the Millennium Hotel Buffalo.

The location is great, it’s near plenty of attractions. The comfort was okay, I was disappointed with the cot, the mattress went through almost touching the floor. The service could be better, the staff often was short and slightly rude with us and my entire party. If I had to give advice to a potential customer, I would tell them to bring an air filter because there was always a slight burning smell throughout the hotel, the smell of burning paper.

I am not likely to return to the Millennium Hotel Buffalo.
I would not recommend it to friends.
