Very elegant!Parking was expensive. Very beautiful hotel. Felt like we made out considering the price. Only downfall was the $40 per night for parking. Luckily there was a cheaper parking lot right across the street.

45 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Our entire company that attended the IBM Storage Tech Conf in 2008 was disappointed in the Biltmore Hotel and staff. Upon arriving I asked to stay an extra night since the conference sessions would not end until 5:30 PM. I was told this was not a problem. That was Sunday, but on Thursday I was handed my bill and told to leave since they had booked all the rooms. I was not informed ahead of time nor did the staff offer to assist me in finding other accommodations. I had to miss most of the last day of the conference due to the Biltmore Staff incompetence. Other member of our company had billing issues and had to suffer the entire stay trying to get them resolved.
I would not recommend this hotel for anything other than a walk through to see the ornate decor.
