The room was quiet and I got a peaceful nights rest. It is an old hotel so the walls are thick and you cannot hear outside noises. The only parking option is valet at $32 per night. In my opinion, this was not a 4-Star Hotel. The beds were not very...
38 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I got a good deal from the web so I booked one night on a thanksgiving week. First of all, parking is $35 dollar. So during the check-in I told them that I would like to park at the other parking lot (there is parking deck next to the hotel and they charge $14 a night). When I got my car back, my car was damaged, I complain to the front desk, they told me that parking is contracted out to other company and they told me to work with parking manager. They refused to give me their insurance information until I called the police. They finally gave me the insurance number but until today, no one called me back. I cannot believe this hotel is still in business. Please don't stay at this hotel.
