This hotel is quite a historic landmark, and has been home to presidents, kings and Hollywood celebrities since it opened in 1923. It's in a central location in downtown Los Angeles so its close to many of the major attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean although due to the age of the building, it can be noisy and some of the rooms are fairly small. There's a wide range of health club facilities and business services aswell as a full array of concierge services. The lobby here is impressive and serves a good afternoon tea. The staff here are polite and helpful.

Great lobby.The pool closed at 9 and didnt get back to my hotel till 930 and I wanted to swim. I really enjoyed staying here. Everyone was friendly and the service met my high expectations.

44 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Though I know it was considered both an historic and luxury hotel, the cleanliness and the furnishings of the guest room were below par. There was also a noticeable odor in the area of the hotel where the more casual dining restaurant was located.
I am not likely
to return to the Millennium Biltmore Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Lobby and public spaces are beautiful.First room was poorly furnished and smelly. Second adequate but not great. Rooms are inadequate to the hotel's prestige. Better to enjoy a coffee in the public spaces and not stay overnight.
