Millenium Hilton Hotel

Very rude people. Poor customer service. Lacks amenities like hot tub and pool was very cold. Bartender completely rude. Doormen never tried to open the heavy doors for us. Had to ask for help with our lugage. Would never stay again. Very overpriced rooms.

We had been unable to extend our last stay at the Embassy Suites in NYC, and had to move to the Millenium Hilton. The place was large and imposing, but all show and no substance: very small room, no breakfast or cocktails included in the price, and NO complimentary internet access for HH Diamond members.

The staff was pleasant but formal and detached.

Perhaps the best that can be said of this property is that the views are incomparable.

Loved the location, reasonable prices, and the pool.

Hated not being able to sleep due to the construction that continued all through the day and night. The night manager said that construction usually ends by 11 PM, but it continued through the night during my stay. The noise was continuous and loud, even on the 50th floor.
