The hotel has 294 Deluxe Rooms, 18 Executive Rooms, 9 Junior Suites and 1 Presidential Suite. Each room features LCD TV with On Demand System, satellite, air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, double telephone lines and Wi-Fi Internet connection. The suites feature both bathtubs and showers. The Meeting & Conference Centre is one of the most important and elegant in the city: 22 meeting rooms occupy 2,300 sq. m. and are equipped to host all kind of events. The Washington Meeting Room is 900 sq. m. and 8 m. high ceilings and has a capacity to hold up to 1,200 people. The Restaurant 'La Brasserie de Milan' offers the best in regional and Mediterranean cuisine. It is open for breakfast, and also serves lunch and dinner from 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm daily. Other services include Club Bar, Bar 66, Business Centre, Boutique, Fitness Centre, Executive Lounge and covered Parking Garage.

Stayed at hotel for an extended period of time through different seasons, experienced different rooms from the basic ones to the suite on top floor, nice European style hotel, good service overall, though the facility or equipment might not work as expected sometimes, e.g. experienced a blocked drain for couple of days with slow resolution, but they did fix it and offered sincere apology. The restaurant in hotel was nice, and concierge offered great restaurant recommendations. Close to theater district, easy access to downtown with only 2 blocks away from subway. Would recommend this for business and leisure trips
