While the rate was right, after a few nights the smell of smoke seeping into my non-smoking room and the cat urine outside, I asked to move to another room. Could still smell smoke and hear every movement of upstairs guest and upon sitting on mattress, I hit the box spring. If you have pets, this could be a good place to stay (though no grass), but you get what you pay for.

Room was spacious, pulling out of parking lot was tricky onto hwy. Walls very thin, could hear baby screaming next door. Continential breakfast ok but not as good as hampton inn.
