The Midtown Inn is located right in the heart of Miami City, with immediate access to a lot of the hot beaches. The look and feel of the place is about as much as you are going to pay for a night, however, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the pool is surprisingly refreshing. The area is safe, and you are within walking distance of a lot of Miami nightlife.

My husband and I booked this motel because it was close to the cruise ship terminal. For the price you pay, it was clean and the staff was efficient. The area of town is rundown but had the amenities we needed. There are fast food restaurants and a Walgreens close by. We would use it again for an overnight stay.

This place used to be a Super 8. Now it's the midtown inn. I have no complaints. The room was clean but they didn't provide shampoo. The sheets were clean and the bedspread was like new. The furniture was nice and there was a mini fridge, a desk and a TV/armoire. There's a nice fenced parking lot and it's very close to downtown Miami and the causeway to south beach. There was good water pressure and the tub drained fine. The bathroom was nice and clean although I did spot a mildew mark on the back of the shower curtain. Overall I found it to be a good value for my purposes.
We are looking forward to going back.

Super 8 is usually a good economic choice for me but this particular one was awful. The room was very dirty and very unsafe. I was appalled and very disappointed in Super 8.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Midtown Inn - Midtown/Port of Miami.
I would not recommend it to friends.
