The room was small but cozy. Everything was very clean and in working order. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The place had a nice feel to it, like I was staying at a much more expensive hotel.

61 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location was convenient and close to the main highway. The rooms are small yet very space efficient and comfortable and may not be good for many active children. My advice for tourists is that their internet access connection is a free good value if lots of space is not needed.
The front desk staff appeared to really care about us, as a family, and offered assistance to us as needed. Our reason for staying was very stressful for us and the Microtel staff was very supportive.

to return to the Microtel Inn & Suites Rochester.
