The staff went above and beyond their duty to accommodate us.

The MicroTel staff was very friendly, very polite and helpful with all of our questions. Giving us directions to in Nashville. The manager who was so awesome to loan us his own recliner so that my wife could be comfortable.

We've never been in a place that was so accomodating. The rooms were also very clean and they served a very nice continental breakfast. Will not hesitate to recommend this MicroTel in Nashville, TN.

After staying one night in the hotel, my husband noticed that there were extra charges on my credit card statement. I called and they said that the shower curtain was missing. I tried to talk with them about removing the charge, but they would not budge. I was only charged $25 for the missing shower curtain, but I will avoid the chain in the furture. It makes you wonder who else are they charging for missing items.

It has a very reasonable price and clean rooms. It has all the basics you'd expect in a hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Microtel Inn and Suites Nashville.
