Microtel lives up to it's "micro" name

21 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We came here for three days, we were told there would be a hot tub in our room, no such luck. So after we came back from a long day we were ready for the hot tub outside to ease our tensions. We come to find out it's only seasonal and it's outside so no pool or hot tub. The whole 68 channels we get are not amazing at all. Also, improper lighting and broken furniture.

The price was good. The room was clean but the bathroom floor was filthy. The heat was impossible to adjust and the room was freezing but the lobby was warm. The location was good. The TV channels and WiFi left a lot to be desired.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Microtel Inn and Suites Madison.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was great for the training facility we had to go to. It had easy access to restaurants and major highways. The rooms could have been a little cleaner but otherwise it was fine.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Microtel Inn and Suites Madison.
I might recommend it to friends.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was noisy and couldn't keep the room a comfortable temperature.

I am not likely to return to the Microtel Inn and Suites Madison.
I might recommend it to friends.

49 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Microtel provides a continental breakfast, and an iron if you need it. It is a comfortable room for the price, and close to shopping.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The receptionist was very friendly and she gave me an AAA discount on the room without me having to ask.

I am very likely to return to the Microtel Inn and Suites Madison.
I might recommend it to friends.
