Microtel Inn and Suites Lady Lake Hotel

All but one of the light bulbs was out in the room. The staff did not replace them in a timely manner after asking more than once. They still were not changed when we left. One of the lights had a short in it and the bulb kept burning out.

The single would be okay if one arrived later in the evening, but to spend a longer period of time in, the room is just too small and uncomfortable. It's the first time I've stayed at a Microtel.

I liked it just fine. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had concerned the loudness of the other guest and how you could hear everything going on in the next room.

When I arrived, the management could not find my reservation which was for a suite. My future daughter-in-law had personally made the reservations via phone; she had spoken directly to the manager.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I was in Lady Lake for my son's wedding and was offered the hospitality room for 2 nights to use to entertain other out of town guests that stayed at the Microtel.
