41 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Called in advance and quoted a corporate rate of + / - $54. Internet list rate was about $59. When I arrived I was charged $65. The person I discussed the overcharge with when I checked in said I had to speak with someone at 7:00 am the next morning. The next morning, I was told to speak with someone when I returned in the afternoon. The person working in the afternoon attempted to refer me to someone the following morning to make the appropriate rate change. I was never given the corporate rate after showing the appropriate ID of the company on file. IMAGINE THAT! Once in the room, the toilet had dirt and hair around the edges and missing toiletries and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Simply not worth the savings.
