I am very likely to return to the Microtel Inn and Suites Atlanta.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

These are the following discrepancies I encountered:

- The room was dirty, the bathroom floor had debris on it.

- The bath towels were stained.

- A dirty room & hallway carpet (stained and unsightly).

- The TV remote did not work.

- Noise from the hallway and room next door.

- The hotel manager failed to resolve problems.

- Microtel Corporation failed to resolve problems.

I am not likely to return to the Microtel Inn and Suites Atlanta.
I would not recommend it to friends.

My only problem concerned the lights. Some worked, some didn't. Everything else was fine. The hotel was convenient and the stay was restful.

I am very likely to return to the Microtel Inn and Suites Atlanta.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Microtels are the best: best beds, best service, best recommendations (meals, directions, etc.), best accommodations, and without a doubt the best staff of any hotel chain.

I am not likely to return to the Microtel Inn and Suites Atlanta.
I would not recommend it to friends.
