I called a month in advance and reserved rooms for myself and my family. I was quoted prices that were very reasonable. However, when we arrived, there was a $10 increase per night! The man who checked me in said he was the owner and pretty much told me I was lying about the rate I was given previously. Because it was during graduation, there were few other hotels available so we stayed.
The room service was terrible! It was like pulling teeth to get the beds made. When I asked the maid for towels, she rolled her eyes and sighed really loudly. I will never ever stay here again.
