Microtel Inn Latham Hotel

It was convenient, clean, and affordable.

It's comfortable and clean, no frills.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They have quiet rooms, plenty of pillows, wake up call service, and plenty of hot water in the shower.

PROBLEM, BUGS, FLY, ANT..... Room was total mess, Construction going on around room, People walking by the room talking loud when there was do not disturb sign on door. Worse part was in my room - bugs, ant, fly and DIRTY ROOM.

It has an excellent location and is accessible. It is difficult to find the entrance. It's a great price for a well-apportioned and clean room. There were few amenities such as shampoo, etc., but the reasonable price more than offset this. The staff was helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was adequate.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the nicely apportioned room with the window seat. The desk and chairs were comfortable and gave choices for sitting to read, watching television, or to do paperwork. Although the highway was visible, the sound never interfered with my activities or sleeping. The bed was very comfortable.

I really liked the price and the cleanliness. It was a no frills but efficient, clean and more than adequate for my needs. I would have appreciated a hair drier there.
