The location was excellent and the price for the room was within reason compared to nearby hotels. The staff was very personable. The only complaint we had was that the room was not very clean in appearance and you would not want to walk on the carpet without your shoes on. One of the things I look for is a continental breakfast. I understand it is not a gourmet meal, but the coffee tasted like hot water with no taste to it and I was really looking forward to the muffins that go along with it. However, it was stated that they never arrived. So all they had were a few plain bagels with the juice and coffee. The bagels were placed in a grocery bag on the counter. Presentation is important to me.

We stayed at two inns in different cities and both were clean and friendly. We were especially pleased that you could make long-distance telephone calls at no charge. The price of rooms was very fair.

This hotel made me feel practical: It allowed free long distance telephone calls. Also, they let me borrow an iron and ironing board.

The hotel has very good quality for a great price.

There was not really a breakfast as advertised, they just put out muffins in the morning. One day the room service person came in and stripped the beds and apparently left. I came back to my room to find the blankets ripped off the bed and at first I thought there had been a break-in. Internet connections in the rooms would have been nice, as opposed to just wireless Internet service. The staff was friendly. It was better than expected for the price. The heaters were good and the room heated quickly.

The desk staff was very friendly. I was disappointed with the fact that the receipt system was down at check-out, but satisfied that the employee was able to print me a manual receipt.
