The hotel was not awful but definately in need of some updating!
The shower head was basicly just hanging out of the wall. The setting was on fast pulse and couldn't be adjusted so you could not put your face directly into the spray.

I was there over the New Year’s weekend, and it was very noisy. We had no hot water in the mornings until after 11:00. When we complained, we were told by the desk clerk that we were "ruining" his morning. I had to ask for towels and that seem to ruin his day, too. I will never stay there again.

TVs didn't work. The hallways and rooms had odors. Some found sheets that were dirty. Bathrooms that did not work. It was not a good experience, but they are in a prime location across from the convention center!
