Microtel Inn Gatlinburg Hotel

I was there over the New Year's weekend, and it was very noisy. We had no hot water in the mornings until after 11:00. When we complained, we were told by the desk clerk that we were "ruining" his morning. I had to ask for towels and that seem to ruin his day, too. I will never stay there again.

The heating and air conditioning was not working properly and it was very loud. The television remote was not working and the picture was not good. They did not clean the room everyday.

The location for the price was outstanding. We were on the Strip, and it was the cheapest I could find. So, for that I was very pleased. The accommodations were adequate and the staff was efficient. It was a great stay on a budget.

It's in a very good location, in the center of town. It has a good parking garage and elevators from the outside.
