I stayed there last fall. It's out in the fields away from everything. The place is definitely barebones and no frills.
We ended up at the mall and bought ourselves towels. Their towels were small, rough, and few in number. We've stayed elsewhere in the area at other hotels. The other places that are all much better were booked. We ended up here because it was a major football weekend in Champaign.
This place is the last hotel to consider in the area!

Horrible
The towels were tiny and rough, the TV didn't get NBC, the price was high given the lack of amenities. I actually went out and purchased my own towels.
