Traveler from Indiana. Room was okay but housekeeping could have down a better job at cleaning. Great price for a long stay but I would not recommend this hotel. The service was horrible times two. That was by far the worst feature.

68 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room was cheap - in price and in quality. It was a small room with hardly any furniture. The bed was not comfortable. The room reminded me of an inboard cabin on a very old and cheap cruise ship. I was releived when I checked out.
Customer service was horrible. I called and asked to be transferred to my sisters room and the lady told me to hold on a minute and set the phone down. I coud here her conversation the whole time and she never returned to the phone or even tried transferring me. So, eventually I hung up after about 5 minutes.
We stayed for a basketball tournament. It was a safe location for our teenage girls. Our room was clean and nice. It even had a little window seat/bed that you can squeeze a child in for sleeping.
They charged twice the advertised rate then charged my card twice for one night's stay. The place is a terrible value. The room is barely bigger than a double bed, it has no shampoo, it was not that clean.
