30 year old with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The most inexpensive hotel I found in Miami and in a GREAT neighborhood. Surrounded by Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche Drivers, and next door to gated communities and a country club. Very Very Nice.
I just stayed at this Motel for One Month as a transitional phase to moving into an apartment in Miami. I searched everywhere for good prices, in good neighborhoods, and when I found one under $200 a week I searched no further. The Miami Shores Country Club and Golf Course, with Pool and mini-waterpark, is Right next-door, and it is across the street from multi-million dollar condos Named Quayside, and all I saw were million dollar houses surrounding the area when I took my daughter for a walk. You cannot beat this for the price, I thought this was awesome. The staff is freindly too. They also had a variety of Movies on their in house channels that I was wanting to see, so that boosted my thoughts of the place as well, lol. Next time I need a hotel in Miami, I will definately stay there.

I recently stayed at the Miami Shores Motel and it was a very horrible experience.
I was thinking of moving to Miami, but the entire ordeal changed my mind. it was the most disgusting place I had ever stayed in. My room was filthy and when I requested that it be cleaned on 8 different occasions, the cleaning people refused to do so. I was bitten by several spiders which can be visibly seen hanging from the ceiling at any time of the day or night. My sink was clogged, and the shower was so disgusting, it couldn't have been cleaned in months. I was told that I couldn't have a phone in my room, because other people stole them, but was given one on my last day there by an employee.
I have included a link to my web site where all of the pictures are posted to prove that I was there, and what a horrific place "Miami shores motel" a.k.a. "Motel Hell" actually is.
I have reported them to the Miami chamber of commerce and to the dept. of health and I am demanding a full refund!

I was planning on staying at this motel. I went to a few different websites and many postings recommended the motel. I called and spoke to the clerk at the motel and he stated that the motel is overlooking the golf club it is clean, safe, etc. I pulled up to the motel and there was no gulf club in sight and was far from clean and somewhat of a "sketchy" area. If you are planning on staying here, please beware and call to make sure you get all the correct facts of this establishment
I am not likely
to return to the Miami Shores Motel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

GREAT DAILY PRICE, ON BISCAYNE BLVD.,COLLEGES, SHOPPING,NOT FANCY BUT I WOULD GO BACK...........BUS STOPS ON THE CORNER I DID NOT NEED MY CAR.......ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND RECENTLY REMODELED....
