I reserved a non smoking room but I was given a room that reeked with smoke. After much discussion I was begrudgingly given another room. Some of the rooms in this hotel are so small it is almost impossible to open your suitcase. My advice to others is to be sure to ask for one of the remodeled rooms.

I was only staying overnight between connections. The room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable with tons of pillows! The room service was ok and they said they could bring a bottle opener to the room. While the staff at breakfast in the restaurant was friendly, they were also quite slow. The croissants had also been microwaved. But on the whole, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel was in an extremely convenient location, directly in the airport.
I felt welcome by being provided a really comfortable room and also by the friendly check in agent.
I am very likely
to return to the Miami International Airport Hotel.
