Horrible
Miami Beach Resort and Spa. Here was another opportunity to travel and stay at a fancy hotel in Miami Beach, or so I thought. The entrance is impressive looking, the lobby is grand but overdone. Checking in was relatively quick and painless....
The service from the employess are not that bad... But the lobby and the photos from the web site are deceiving. The hotel has a old stinch, the room looks horrible the pillows are flat and nothing looks clean. The hotel is noisy and its just...
Beautiful, old style hotel. Very clean. Rooms were nice. very good service. Excellent for the price we paid. It would be even better if the boardwalk, which ends a couple of hotels south of this one, were to be extended all the way to this hotel. ...
I had looked at the reviews before and thought I'll give them a try maybe it would be different. But I should of listened the hotel was nice on the outside and the beach and pool was too,the inside of your rooms was a different view. The bathroom...
Roach Motels better than this! Try to imagine paying for an upgrade to an oceanview junior suite overlooking a deteriorated rooftop located behind a very noisy elevator shaft, so you can't sleep. This room should have been offered for a steap...
Hold your breath while staying here or you may be charged for breathing. Resort fees, parking fees, ATM fees. Be sure you credit card or debit card has sufficient funds, as this hotel will charge the entire stay on arrival, plus $1000.00 (this...
pros: Well, it had a bed...Well for starters, there was hair in my bed and on my bathroom floor at check in; perhaps this is why the room was so dimly lit...they didn't want me to see the hair and stains! Things only got worse as my toliet began...
25 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
In the first guest room that I was assigned, the TV and the internet connection did not work properly. After about an hour in which a technician had tried to fix my problem, they switched my room to one that was nicer and where everything worked properly. I liked getting a copy of the New York Times each morning. I would have preferred requesting a specific time for my room to be cleaned, since it usually was not cleaned until late in the afternoon. The only other problem was that there were not any inexpensive restaurants within walking distance and the room service was outrageously expensive. Otherwise, the guest room was nice, it had a good view of the beach and the bed and the pillows were very comfortable.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Miami Beach Resort & Spa.
I might recommend it to friends.
